Liquor Land

Well. Hope y'all had a merry and a happy and all that good stuff. I know I did.

I visited a little place called Liquor Land. My broham Bru-che bought me a lovely bottle of Glen Livet and it tasted like liquid butter. I also thought I would include a lovely picture of Charleston and the old-timey homes that line a downtown section called the 'battery'.

I liked the weather and the place very much, but there was sumpin' off and I still can't put my finger on it. Perhaps it was my foray to Liquor Land. A two-day bender is bound to throw anybody off. Anyway, I will dwell on this little conundrum and get back, don't fret.

With that, let's rok some breakbeats. First, the original version by Al Hirt "Harlem Hendoo" and De La Soul's twist "Ego Trippin." I am still thinking about composing a mix of old breakbeats and new hip-hop to show what some clever DJ's did with some old gems. Anyway, Happy '07 bitches.

My apologies to the author. I had posted a nice comment for liquorland and obviously forgot to push "add comment". Well from the broham down south where yams rule and the liquor defines you, hey yall. So to anyone feeling lost, put aside and alone. Come on down to liquorland where the fun is flowing and the sun is shining. Remenber there is a place for everyone in Liquorland except people who never realize how good life is. Aurevoir from the land of Dixie and where the NCAA still boycotts post season play for any sport in the proud racist state of South Cakalacky. See you soon in liquorland.

Well said, Bruche. Well said.
