I am convinced that the United States government has a weather machine. How else to explain the amazing rash of natural disasters this year? It couldn't possibly be because despite all of our technological advances and our continued willingness to try and separate ourselves from all other animals, we cannot figure out good 'ol mother nature. Nope, it's a weather machine.
Cobra tried to create one, but luckily G.I. Joe foiled their reassembly attempts. Disaster averted, that time. So maybe it wasn't the U.S. or Cobra, but instead the Japanese Yakuza stole a Russian-made electromagnetic generator to cause Hurricane Katrina in a bid to avenge the Hiroshima atom bomb attack - at least that is what my dog/meteorologist Scott Stevens thinks. Interesting photos. Did you see this image of Hurricane Wilma? The opinion of "Conspiracy Nation" is that these hurricanes are God's punishment for Bush's blasphemy/or our raping the environment/or because of the gays, and it's been noted they're occurring subsequent to the recent death of Maynard G. Krebs (Bob Denver).
I'm joking about it, and it's not very "credible" in the scientific community, but it's scarey that things like this could actually be used for war. This subject came up from time to time in my environmental classes.

C$, did you watch pbs last night? special on mt krakatoa eruption in 1883. what machine caused that? read up on it. it erupted 4x in 2 days, 3 tsunami's & complete devestation. 3rd eruption was heard 3k miles away & the 4th had a ripple effect that circumvented the earth 7x. now that's power. the volcano was 23 miles off shore & the 1st tsunami only took 20 minutes to reach the shore, it lifted a 600 ton peice of coral that took out the lighthouse. i was enthralled. i'm ready to donate to pbs to get the video so i can watch it over & over & actually quote it accurately

Of course, part of the problem could be the copious amounts of Ketamine I take but I do read your blog.
