Train to Chicago

Enjoy Vitamin S' photographic prowess? He also can find good bands. VS found Drink Me long ago and I still listen. Something about them has always stayed with me. I even wrote them once in college, begging them to come to Athens to play their drunk and depressing songs. They didn't reply, but I knew that they wanted to, they just couldn't get off the floor and find a pen because they were too damn depressed or drunk or most likely both. Alas, thanks to Vitamin's whim, we can listen to "Train to Chicago" off their sophomore release, Sleep. Which ties in nicely with my impending move, I suppose. Instead of driving, though, I need to take the train with a pint of Dewar's White Label...

Train To Chicago

don't worry. i'm sure we will be drunk on some sort of train in chicago at one point. maybe next week when we see the bobcats slaughter the northerwesterners. it's gonna be a massacre!!!

I once wrote a letter to Tom Wilson, the brilliant cartoonist responsible for Ziggy (that poor little guy just can't catch a break, but he keeps his chin up). The difference, my friend, is that not only did Mr. Wilson write me back, he also sent an autographed 8"x10" glossy of himself. I cherish that picture. The lessons that man teaches me daily with just a single cel are invaluable.

I've been trying for years to get a photo of Bil Keane, the genious behind Family Circus, but I keep getting snubbed. Bil Keane is a dick.

[1] [2] I know how much of an OU football fan you are Vitamin. The big game will be your time to shine. Thunder, well, as usual, I laughed, I cried and I learned something all in one installment. Thank you for your continued vigilence, my dear man.

I just read the "about" portion of C101. If I weren't married I would totally do you. I to am a Leo, my passion is ice cream, so I could spend days in a parlor, I love pillow fights, and I hate slow drivers. I do, however, like cloudy days. They make me sad and pensive and the pain lets me know that I'm alive.

If people in the know only saw the slow, genius build-up...well, if I go any further, I will mess up the whole thing. Let me just say, thanks for that. That was really nice what you said about doing me. Thanks for that.

'bout time bitch.

I think by now you have probable arrived. I hope the trip was awesome, and I look forward to October. I hope chicago treats you well.

p.s. Does OU stand a chance in hell? The worst team in the Big 10 versus the worst team in the MAC should be a close one.
I probable should not say too much, though. Fresh will spam me about one of our most embarrassing moments, asside from the Robert's choking incident. MILKERS

OpAmp, Actually, I will not arrive until tomorrow, but thanks for the well-wishes. I do plan on attending the OU V NW game and I have complete and utter faith that the Bobcats will prevail. Well, maybe not, but you gotta believe!

Mr. OpAmp,

Before you are too harsh on my beloved Bobcats, consider this. They may not be an athletic powerhouse, but during my eight years there I did learn that probably is spelled with a y, not an e.

That was a personal attack and it was harsh. I apologize. Admitedly, throughout your various posts, I have at no time noticed an inordinate amount of gramatical or spelling errors. Perhaps I was grasping at the thinnest of straws, but you hurt me to the core when you speak poorly of my alma mater.
