It’s been a bit of a struggle to stay awake today. Pixels and word processing makes me sleepy. But I did wake up long enough to see that Adult Swim is giving away more music. They may never top Danger Doom but with a compilation of rare and unreleased tracks called Warm & Scratchy, they have gotten close.
It’s just a mixtape, really. And probably a promotion for some new show but when the mixtape contains songs by TV On The Radio, Raveonettes, Les Savvy Fav, The Rapture, Broken Social Scene, The Good, The Bad and The Queen and Fennesz, to name exactly half of them, its hard to say no.
In fact I can’t come up with any good reason to say “no†to this. Unless you’re a douche bag. Don’t be a douche – I guess.
